It takes product imagery, turns it into structured data, finds true comparables in your own catalogue, forecasts demand even with no sales history, and turns that into a locked buy plan. It is AI-powered, explainable, and grounded in your data.

Do we need an integration to get started?

Accepted Answer

No. Vision + Board goes live on your own images with no integration at all, typically within one to two weeks. Later modules connect to your catalogue, sales history and inventory as you need them, and each phase has a clear scope and go-live date.

How do you forecast a product with no sales history?

Accepted Answer

This is the cold-start problem, and it is what the Day-Zero Forecaster is built for. We combine the AI-extracted attributes of the new product with the curated set of historical comparables from the Similarity Engine, then generate a forecast you can inspect. You can change price, launch date or lifecycle and see the financial impact recalculate in real time.

Is it a black box?

Accepted Answer

No, and that is deliberate. Every forecast traces back to the specific historical products it was benchmarked against, and you can downvote, filter and regenerate those comparables so the model reflects your commercial intent. If you cannot explain a number to your CFO, it is not useful.

Is this just a wrapper on a generic AI model?

No. Our algorithms are proprietary and trained on your catalogue, your taxonomy and your customers' behaviour. Outputs are mapped to your own data schema, including your tone of voice for ecommerce copy, so they can be used without rework.

What data does SeeStone need?

It depends how far you go. Vision needs only images. The Similarity Engine needs your product catalogue. The Day-Zero Forecaster needs sales history. NooS needs inventory and purchase order data. You only share what the modules you are using require.

Is our data secure, and is it used to train other models?

Your data is isolated and encrypted, and it is used only for your instance. We never share it or use it to train models for other retailers.

Primarily buyers, planners, merchandisers and replenishment teams, with designers and ecommerce operations collaborating on the same product data. One shared board removes the version-control problem between them.
